- We currently undertake three (3) types of recruitment, all with different terms and conditions.
PERMANENT RECRUITMENT (One time/executive search/headhunting)
- Our specialist recruitment assistance is vital to help you appoint the right person at a fee equivalent to the net monthly compensation.
PERMANENT RECRUITMENT (Outsourced)
- We recruit permanently for clients but maintain recruits on our payroll saving you all personnel related administrative cost. We fully manage the employees for fee of 8% to 15% of their monthly basic salary .
- TEMPORARY STAFF
- Contracting staff for a period of 1 day to 6 months is at a fee of 60% of net monthly compensation.
- Contracting staff for a period of 6 months to 1 year is at a fee of 40% of net monthly compensation.
